Arc and Putter Type (face balanced MOI or Other)????
Do the newer high MOI putters, that are primarily face balanced compliment an arc type putting stroke as well as a putter with some "toe hang"????, or should we stay away from them?

Great question! I would love to see more on putter's and fitting.

For example...What kind of putter works best for right arm stroke or shoulder stroke????

I asked John Riegger for his input on what it's like visiting Scotty's studio. You may want to check that thread when he answers it may inadvertely answer some of the questions here.

VJ I would love to see your thoughts on this subject.

I don't see a problem with any putter fitting anytype of stroke from the perspective of hinges (clubface control). View the hands as clamps...right? View the left shoulder as a hinge arrangment controling the clubface....right?

Now will they "feel" different? You betcha! Does "feel" matter? You betcha!

I have watch Mike Shannon alot giving putting lessons. I know he will change the putter to get more or less closing of the face. I have seen him change the angles of the clubface in video by doing so. I have also seen him turn or roll the left hand more to get a change in the clubface during the stroke. Both of which I think are fine.

So it will effect the putterface through the ball. But should it? I will go to say you could put any putter in the hands of someone that practices their hinges and it would not change anything. For those that don't or won't practice their hinges it will change some things. The same with the grip.

Very interesting question....

By the way, Mike is a really great instructor and an even better person.
