Hi,
Watching TT's video he states that you cannot run faster than you can straighten your right arm. Does Homer state this in the book. I can't seem to find it anywhere although i am sure it must have come from Homer.

In 2-M-3 Homer says you cannot push anything faster than you can run. This does not mean you cannot run faster than you can straighten your right arm. He is making the point that effort is not power and power is governed by the players maximum turning speed.
