Built-up Grips
I am a newbie from the single-axis crowd and wondered what the feeling is on built up grips to facilitate keeping the grip in the life-line of the right hand. I wear a Large Cadet glove and have Golf Pride mid-size Tour Grips with 4 wraps under RH and 2 wraps under LH. This keeps the RH grip from getting too much in the fingers. Comments?

Grip in the fingers and running through the 'cup' of the right hand.

You may feel as though the arms are a little farther from the body, simply because everyone has been told to "let their hands hang." The right hand should be vertical to the ground with the left thumb on the aft side of the shaft. The left thumb then fits in the palm of the right hand or in the #1 pressure point.
The right forearm is in line with the shaft as described in 7-3.
The above sounds exactly like what Todd Graves would teach in his SA instruction.
I am new to TGM but, so far, they seem to have a lot of similiaries; grip, right wrist bends, left arm rotates and left wrist cocks, right arm bent at impact.

The things in TGM that is producing great shots are; dowel drills, taking the club back with the right forearm and retracing the downswing. I am BRAND new to this board and I am here to learn and not antagonize. I will appreciate any help.
