One problem: Clubface isn't Square at impact.

Yeah, it seems like it might be a good instruction aid, not a training aid as presented. They have to reconcile Impact and Low Point face alignment.

Our Goal -

Clubhead Square at Impact, Clubhead Traveling Down the Target Line, at Maximum Speed Equals Straight Shot with Slight Draw."

If you have a square face at impact and coming down on the right plane with a slightly inside/out plane line you'll hit a small 2-3 yard draw which is what they are trying to accomplish.

You tell the AVERAGE GOLFER to hit the ball with a slightly open face when they already bring it in WAAAY open and the product wouldn't work.

There is an image of a ball on the mat an inch or 2 before you hit the velcro wall. So by the time you hit the wall (low point?), with the face square, you're already past impact; so the club is actually slightly open at impact.
