Mechanical Routines
I noticed that Michelle Wie has in her routine a mechnical, or positional element to it. She often first goes through about a three or four stage routine checking the positions at the first parallel, top, and finish. She then takes a full practice swing. Then, goes through her procedure to step in to the ball and hit the shot.

I've also notice Tiger Woods doing something similar. He seems to be checking positions, etc. also.

Nicklaus, Hogan, Trevino... seldom, if ever even took a practice swing. DO YOU THINK THIS TREND IS DUE TO DIFFERENT TRAINING METHODS, VIDEO, ETC.? IS THIS A GOOD THING?

I agree! Could you elaborate on the importance and process of the Start Down Waggle?

Thanks man!
