Healthy Hands
John,

I know some may think this is a crazy topic for a thread, but here goes. I know that touring pros hit many, many balls a week. How do you keep your hands and fingers in good shape health wise? It seems to me it would be so easy to get blisters and inflammation hitting so many balls. Are there any special tricks of the trade to prevent or treat your hands to keep them happy? BTW, while it has been said many times already, it is certainly worth saying again; I really appreciate your posting on the forum wish you continued success on tour!

I don't really get blisters, but I'm doing well to hit a couple hundred balls a week. I do have a few calluses. The wax deal is interesting. That is a treatment for arthritis as well I think. I appreciate the response. Thanks.
