I may have screwed up by lifting this out of context. I'm trying to figure out the second paragraph in 7-23:
Normally, Delivery “THRUST” is “Cross Line” – Delivery “MOTION” is “On Line”. Even at Low Point, because Delivery Path Angle (direction) is ALWAYS the alternate Target Line (7-2-3) even with Circle Delivery Path (1-L-9, 1-L-10). Study 7-11 and 7-19.
So here he is saying that Thrust is "Cross Line." And since it is "cross line" are we exclusively talking about Hitting?
Chasing this down a bit via the references . . .
Per 7-2-3, 3.the back of the Flat Left Wrist and the Lag Pressure Point (6-C-2-0) BOTH facing down the Angle of Approach (2-J-3). Otherwise, per 7-3, both must face down the Right Forearm Impact Fix Alignment (Alternate Target Line) regardless of the true Angle of Approach (2-J-3, 7-5).
1-L 9 & 10 . . .
9. Regardless of how the Lever Assembly is driven, it moves in a circle.
10. The Lever Assembly must be driven through Impact by an On Plane force (moving toward the Plane Line).
I'm still lost on this . . . Is the Swinger's Thrust Cross Line based on 7-23 or have I missed the boat?
