Use an open stance (approx 45 deg) and square shoulder line. Like Crenshaw or Greg Norman.
The issue is ensuring your shoulder line is 'on line' - or you tend to pull left or fan the face and block right.
For me, it is very helpful to have the open stance because otherwise my eyeline tends to point well right.
