The lever system is the left arm. The fulcrum is the left arm AT the left shoulder. The fulcrum is at the top of the arm that throw outs the club. Throw out is the release of the wrist cock and that transfer of power with a roll.
If you throw the right arm, the fulcrum would be the elbow- in the center. It is also the center of the stroke just as the left shoulder fulcrum is in a Swinger's stroke.
Extensor action is only a straight-line pull of the left arm. You tug it outward like a shirt stuck under a jacket. It is a force that does not move the left arm in an arc.
Since this pulling is the right arm’s quest to be straight while attached to the left, it should have no bearing on the fulcrum since both arms are straight only after impact.
