O'Grady In Golfworld
I just perused the July 14 edition of Golfworld. Interesting comments by O'Grady in the TourTalk section (pp.79). Much of the article was about his Sr Open qualifying attempt, his desire to still play competitively, his injuries, etc. They also touched on his swing research and his book which is "close to completion":

"O'Grady was tutored by Homer Kelly, the author of The Golfing Machine. His book is an extension of Kelly's teachings. "We found Kelly was 70% right on", O'Grady said. "I'm very confident I can put this stuff out and say to all the theorists: Find the errors and inconsistencies and come back and let us know. This body of information is set forth to challenge all the theorists of yesterday, today, and tomorrow."

Can't wait to see the book.

Not excited, Annikan...merely providing Bantamben1's link to the article.

But I agree...

The chasm between thought and deed is wide. And when that deed is substantial, words alone cannot bridge the gap.

Annikan,

For trigger types does Mac teach the shoulder turn throw, wrist throw or a combination of both?

I think it's a shoulder/wrist combo...perhaps this results in the delivery path throw?as the normal pattern ....Does anyone have a more defining way to identify the "Throws" other than doing it manually like I have attempted several times to do before..with very little success....Tong-Tong...any comments? Yoda? Teddy Ballgame!!!!

MORAD uses up to 5 different Release Points on the downstroke? Shoulder high, halfway down, over the right leg, between the legs, and over the left leg....So this would require different throws for different models...TGM is early, gradual, and late 3 versus 5...How specific do the areas of concern need to be?
Hand throw, Right Arm throw, Shoulder Throw, Delivery Path Throw, and Wrist Throw...5 Triggers ...3 release points?
