?? Early set of stiff flat left and frozen bent right???
Is it a good idea to have an early set of the flat left wrist and frozen bent right wrist, then just take it to the top and plane-line trace through to follow through, OR is it better to freeze the bent right at the top and proceed from there?
You have a few options here. You can set up at impact fix hands, which is a forward leaning shaft, flat left wrist, bent right wrist. Then just maintain that throughout the stroke. More compatible for Hitters than Swingers because you can just 'carry' it back as the Hitter does, but both can use it. This is my personal preference.
Other option is 'mid-body hands', shaft vertical, bent left wrist, flat right wrist. You want to set the correct flat left/bent right at soon as possible after startup, so make sure you do that if you pick this option. More suited to the Swinger because of it's compatibility with the 'swing back' tendency of the Swinger.
With either option, the right wrist should be frozen by the top and preferably even sooner. Just remember that whatever right wrist bend you establish at impact fix is what you need to maintain throughout the stroke.
