jr.,

I'm glad you're interested in these pics...a lot could be discovered from this perspective!!!

Skywalker

PS if 6 B is out there ....I'll trade the Dent, Randolph, Nettles, and the Munson if I have too...

The rear view has always been my favourite to look at pivot components. Most golf magazines only have front and side pictures.... but my two favourite to look because they are not as common are overhead and rear....

I had anticipated some comments, especially on Hip Turn/Action.

The interesting thing here is that not only does the right rear pocket correctly get closer to the target, but it also gets higher than the left pocket - turn + tilt.

Well...

Here are some comments ....

Notice.... the hip slant is up in the directon of the straightened ledg and down in the direction of the flexed leg....obviously standard leg action has more hip slant than does the ever=popular right knee anchor....

Also Notice the Full Sweep Loading Action, Assembly, Storage, and the release

the Axis Tilt...the hip slide parallel to the delivery line..

Etc.... there is TOO much to comment on!!!!

annikan- on this swing, was the delivery cross-line w/ a snap release? was this stroke meant to produce a low cut? could you please comment further on axis tilt as it pertains to this sequence ... thanks.

This shot was a draw....so therefore his plane line was slighly right of the TL....thus the hip slide was more parallel to the right ...thus affecting the axis tilt to some degree...BUT we don't want to discuss degrees for that would mean a "quantifiable approach" ....

Notice in frame 4, the bent right wrist is not level, but at least partially cocked. In frame 5, the hands are over the ball and the shaft is horizontal. Just like Ben Doyle.
