Shoulders at address

i have a question about the shoulders at address:

what is the correct feeling to have? i'm not supposed to have a droopy look, right?

is the correct feeling to have a slightly sticking out chest, so that it will
look like my back is straight and my shoulders aren't reaching for the ball?
or put another way, if I stood up straight, what is the look and feel that I'm supposed to have with my chest and shoulders?
