RFT for Hitters -- help PURLEEZ
Im working on swtiching to a hitting motion and when I get it right then boom .. but im struggling to consistently have a good setup and RFT

I know I want to get my right forearm on plane with the shaft at address but Im unsure how best to do this. Do I need some level of axis tilt or is this uncessary in the hitting motion? Im also setting up with a flat left wrist and a bent right and trying real hard to ensure those hand positions stay frozen as the right arm moves up the plane

Im also unsure if I should apply a classic RFT or more of the lawnmower cord analogy for a hit motion? That is should I just bend the forearm up from the elbow or actively pull the right forearm behind me (allowing that motion to move my pivot)

I also need some sort of reference point or description that I can check to see if im in a good position at the top to deploy that right arm thrust down into the ball

I feel like Im nearly there .. just need some help getting over the finishing line

To setup with the RF on plane as per 7-3...(courtesy of my man Tongzilla)

...get this look, then bend over and set up as per normal.

The reference point you need can be found either in a mirror, a video camera or (best of all) an A.I who knows what he is talking about.

Tks!

So right arm slightly bent at the elbow and 'inside' the left arm. So if you looked from behind you would see the straight left arm? Ive always setup with a straight right arm with elbow pointing at the hip (a la Hogan) and forearms facing up. I guess in this setup the forearm faces the target line (which makes sense for hitting obviously)
