I try to do also.... I try to get rid of all my bad practices (including not watching/reading the seems as ifs of the "pro's") from before I found The Machine.... I find myself slipping up sometimes though replacing my terminology but its starting to feel more like me saying the words everyday....

Stroke - no matter hit or swing.....
