snow shovel drill
Toss the snow over your right shoulder to feel your backswing, toss it over your left to feel your throughswing

backswing - grip the top/handle with your left hand
downswing - grip the top/handle with your right hand

use "lag pressure" when filling/scooping the snow - steady smooth pressure, feel it supported from the ground up


And as Burner pointed out.... you simply must stay in complete balance
