problem with 1 of the videos

the viewing window on this video clip is very small and can only see from knees to waist.

i can play the other ones okay

I have the same problem with the mpeg clip---the wmv ones play fine. I'm not very computer literate so that's as good as it gets from me!

if you are using windows media player it may be that your version of media player doesn't support the file type...if it is an older version, try updating...this has happened to me and updating fixed it, for me anyway...
