EdZ,

I have that heavy feeling when I am swing well. There is no tension or strain. However, I have never seen this on video so I do not know if there is good extensor action or not, but it does FEEL that way. BTW, I used to be a swinger with more float loading and am now working on hitting and less float loading (I feel none now). Can you still use the sledgehammer idea and hit?

Thanks
Mike

How does one apply EA on the downswing without tension and pushing? I can apply EA on the backswing by pulling on my left thumb wiht my right arm, however in transition and startdown, EA collapses becasue my arms are dropping. I guess I could maintain EA if I continue to push my right arm upwards as my pivot throws/swings the power package downplane.. Is that what is meant by a heavy sledgehammer like feeling?

Well...the same way.

Swing something (like a little steel washer or something) on a string and examine it. Why does it keep the string taught?

Weight rotating around a centre.
