What is the cost, if any, of using 10-5-A instead of 10-5-E? If I was proficient in the use of both, why would I choose one over the other?

Extensor action creates the spoke for the wheel, or radius for the circle on the face of an inclined plane. It removes any neccessity for downward bobbing. It aids in the ability to keep the left wrist from arching or bending (clubface controll). It gives the machine a rigid structure that leads to repeatability (consistency). I know these things don't seem very important... RIGHT!!!??? :)

for some reason I find myself whistling the tune "I've got Rhythm....

There is a vid called BagvsLuke in the gallery that has a face on view of Ted. Also a vid put up by 6bmike called HittersRow has another face on view of Ted Hitting driver.

Edit: Here's the thread for HittersRow: http://www.lynnblakegolf.com/forum/s...ead.php?t=1609
