Video Problem
I downloaded all 12 chapters of Collin's lesson. Using MS Moviemaker I attempted to make a complete DVD. When I got to chapter 10 I could not import it into moviemaker. The message was, file is not indexed?? I did the same with Tomasello's tapes and had no problems. Any suggestions

I'd give this a shot

Bagger might know
Bagger should know....he's the guy that made these.

Rick, I didn't do anything special with Chapter 10 and don't recall any errors in producing it. You are pretty brave converting wmv to DVD. Not the best file type for that kind of thing. If it helps, the video was rendered in Adobe. I did the Tomasello series in Pinnacle. I was considering the development of a DVD off the Collin tape since I have the avi to work from, but that's another 8 to 12 hours of work. |

Problem
Bagger, is there a better way to watch these files on TV other than burn a dvd?
|
I made another copy of Chapter 10. Will have it up tonight.

New Chapter 10
Bagger. When I click on any of the videos, all I get is Jibberish. It looks like a whole page of code???

Rick, we'll have to investigate your problem further. Are you using Internet Explorer? That type of error indicates that the browser doesn't know it's supposed to download and play the video, so it just opens it in the browser.

Problem
I use three browsers. I usually use Netscape for your site. So I tried MS Explorer and it was ok. I tied firefox and it was the same as Netscape. I'm confused, but I was able to download the new chapter 10 with Explorer.

Rick,
Netscape and Firefox should work fine now. Let us know if you're still having problems! |
Ok
All is OK today. maybe my browsers took the weekend off. Keep up the good work.
|
It wasn't you're browser - some site upgrades caused a small problem that I didn't catch. Thanks again

Plannin' Tomorrow
All this is just so absolutely fantastic.
To have Bagger and Trig and Bambam contributing their talents as Web Site Administration and Support is just too good to be true. That leaves me free to write, teach Private Workshops and conduct Golf Schools in major locales around the world. Read my posts. Copy and paste your own 'Aha!' moments. Watch on video my interactions with students. Then... To really get the job done, experience the magic in person. There is no substitute. I'll be posting our 2006 LBG Academy Schedule soon. |
