i get a flat left wrist and the club face is set good but my hands at the top of my swing get behind my rt shoulder. it also looks like my rt elbow gets a little horizontal with the ground. how do i correct these faults?

Check your flying wedges alignments at impact fix and do some Start down waggles. You may want to do some plane line tracing as well, sounds like you could be using too flat of a plane angle. Hard to say without seeing it.
