Lost that heavy feeling....

Lately I've lost a little of the "heavy" ball compression feeling. Maybe I'm getting a little quick. Any good ideas as to how to get that feeling wrecking ball feeling back...

Find a heavy club..... or a heavier one, as the case may be.

Lost Heavy

Check in see if "Baby Brother" is still back there.

You are supposed to be dragging him behind #1 and #3.

Apply the entire club to the back of ball....lol

More no.1 pressure :)

As a hitter, should the wrists remain completely frozen through impact(like a punch shot) or do they release slightly into the ball, not flip, just decrease the amount of bend and drop the club onto the ball??

Driven by the Uncocking Right Elbow, the Left Wrist Uncocks (Releases) and the Left Hand simultaneously Rolls (maintains its In-Line relationship of the Left Forearm and Clubshaft -- Transfer Power and Rhythm). The Right Wrist remains Frozen in its Level Condition and with its Impact Fix degree of Bend.

Dear Yoda,

I'm back and have a few questions for the Jedi Master. Is the uncocking of the left wrist a conscious effort, or is it an automatic result of the right arm straightening? Just trying to figure out if this is something to monitor during practice sessions.

Yoda, you state "The Right Wrist remains Frozen in its Level Condition and with its Impact Fix degree of Bend. "

If I start from impact fix and increase the amount of bend in my right wrist during the backswing, do I not have to unbend that to get back to impact fix position at impact.

I actually increase the amount of bend in my right wrist during takeaway, which may be an incorrect movement.

Didn't the Righteous Brothers sing that song to a hit?
