I am having difficulty locating the book through normal sources.I should have asked Yoda on my recent visit.I have some friends who want to read it but i'm not parting with my signed Ben Doyle copy.Anyone help?

Give a call, often Ben answers the phone. Your friends can get an autograph copy too!

Last time I looked they were being sold through www.thegolfingmachine.com.

Why don't they sell them at Amazon anymore. It certainly won't do harm to sales.
