Startup swivel

What is the proper procedure for a swing to use startup swivel? My takeway is more tracing the line with pp#3 till my body turns. Kinda like Greg Norman use to be. I do feel I get my arms possibly to far away from my body and don't coil enough.

If I were to try the startup swivel how do I go about this and get to the top of the swing? I am working on the part that Lynn suggested on the downswing, butt end towards the plane line than uncock the left wrist and roll down through the ball. I think this with more tighter backswing will help.

thanks
