When Harry Met Sally

Chuck Evans Golf has just announced a major merger with Medicus Golf. Congratulations, Chuck!

And you, too, Randy. I hear you were heavily involved in this one!

Congrats...

It was a surprise to me at least cause something must have changed because at one time the device was considered to require a "to be off plane in order to keep it from breaking down."
Best of luck..

Suprised Me Too

I was quite suprised since I joined up with Chuck based partly on his humorous take on training aids. $1200.00 for three dowels, etc. I just hope we don't see him hawking the medicus as part of his teaching with the merger. To tell you the truth, I have the original medicus and can hit balls without it breaking down quite well, unfortunately, I slice them off way to the right quite easily too.

The cure for me was knowing what I was trying to do, educating my hands, and ensuring FLW, BRW, down, out and forward. Boy, what a difference a little knowledge makes. Compressed ball, better flight, better spin and suprise, suprise, no big expenditure on training aids (well, a mop or two, some dowels, two flashlights, and an impact bag.......I did slurge on a Tac Tic).

Only drawback thus far is that my wife now thinks I know how to mop so I have to hide in the garage or face working on the kitchen floor.

Maybe Medicus Golf will change. It always seemed to promote position golf so it does seem like an odd fit.

I see it will change his forum.

My best to Chuck and Randy- I miss the old days.

Me too

I miss the old days too but I guess everyones got to eat. I wish Chuck and Randy the best and will remain a member for now. I hope some of the old TGM flavor will remain but I am not that optimistic. Yoda better stay the course. I don't want to see any affiliations here or all is lost......

Let's see.....Lynn Blake and Natural Golf. Nope that doesn't fit.... How about Lynn Blake and Gravity Golf. Hmmmmm that may work, especially since Yoda had the amazing antigravity abilities in Empire.

Just kidding.

Sounds Close

After reading about the golfing machine from David Laville on rsg, Chuck's forum was my intro to TGM, and my experiences of it have been all good. It was there that I first got introduced to the wisdom of Yoda, and as a member there now, the videos in the vault are fantastic fog clearers for me. Personally I tend to watch this forum, Brian's forum and Chuck's forum - all are different, but all are valuable to me.

I do sincerely wish Chuck and Randy the best with their new site. Like Lynn, Brian and many of the posters here they have given me so much and I am truly grateful for that.
