Tracing and the claw

How should/could one trace the plane line if they use the claw grip? The righ forearm is not in alignment with the claw so is there another way to trace it?

claw

if you place your right hand(if your right handed) palm down with your fingers on the top side of your putter grip your forearm will be in line. your pinkie finger should be on the aft side of your grip ( saw grip)

Trace with anything as long as it traces the plane line.

The putt stroke is the only stroke that obsesses with the path of the putter head. Stop. Trace the plane line with the hands like all other strokes and the putter face will be fine at impact.

6bmike,

I couldn't agree more. Homer said do all you can to take your mind out of the head of the club and put it into #3 pressure point.
