All are valid Strokes except the last. With the Right Arm, you can Push the Club (Hit / Radial Acceleration) or Pull the Club (Swing / Longitudinal Acceleration). With the Left Arm, you can only Pull.

To elaborate on what Master Yoda has said...

Pushing
is when the Force is BEHIND the Object and Destination.

Pulling is when the Force is BETWEEN the Object and Destination.

Good news

Thank you Yoda and Compda for the reply. That's the answer
I was hoping to hear. I've been practicing one handed and
one of the things I think I am doing (and felt good)
is a right hand only Swing stroke - but I wasn't sure if
that existed or not, so I'm relieved to hear that it does.
