Uncocking of left wrist

First of all, I would like to know is it correct to say that the cocking of the left wrist is the result of cocking of the right elbow during backstroke and we don’t need to think about it.

I also noticed that Swinger’s Release Motions sequenced uncocking and rolling with a Horizontal Hinge and the roll comes AFTER the uncocking.

My question is : Right elbow will be straightening once down stroke happened, shall we just focus on rolling right on impact?

Stand upright and grip the club toe-up in front of you and parallel to the ground. With flexible wrists and passive arms, have a person quide the clubhead back and forth, so that the club travels on a flat plane parallel to the ground.

In terms of "geometry", to facilitate the above to happen, the arms and wrists would better do what they are supposed to (cock/uncock, bend/unbend, fold/unfold and turn/roll, ect, in combination), as described in the "swinging" procedures.

For a regular shot, literally change nothing, except the bending over of the upper body from the waist and so turning that flat plane inclined to make contacting the ball on the ground possible.

In terms of "physics", intend to load the "lag" and provide room for acceleration during the backswing and then sustain the "lag" through impact with the hands during the down swing.

Focus on the "intention" (or "cause") and the "effect" will show.
