How do all you guys hiiiiit with a bottle on your head?

What I understood from Ted was to keep your body still and mash it with your right triceps. These hitter guys have an attitude. Ted was impressive. It was nice meeting you at Old Waverly. You have a lot of talent and a sincere desire to learn.
