Any quick answers to hitter vs. swinger?

Is one more preferred or is it just a person's natural approach to connecting with the ball?

30yrlayoff,

Per the Preface: "...the Physics of Hitting is Muscular Thrust, and of Swinging, Centrifugal Force...Hitting and Swinging seem equally efficient. The difference is in the players. If strong - Hit. If quick - Swing. If both - do either. Or both."

Per 12-1-0: Hitting is most useful to the stronger player.
Per 12-2-0: Swinging is most useful to the more flexible player.

We'll split the difference

6-H-0-E Hitting

6-H-0-F Swinging

Learn them both and your game will thank you. IMO, once you understand the participation of the Right Arm during all Twelve Sections of your motion, you will grasp the difference.
