3 Polies, no holies, and a lost ball :(
 

Spent 5 days in the charlotte area a few weeks ago for some golf with my clubmaker.

In the same round i had 3 polies:

1) 180 yard downhill into the wind par 3. Everyone took too much club and ballooned them all into the wind short. I took less club than them (4 iron) and deciding on hitting a low stinger fade. Pulled off the shot beautifully and was tracking the flag and...

HIT THE FLAG ON THE FLY!

Ball hit the stick so hard it flew into the waste area somewhere and i had to re-tee :(:confused1

2) & 3)

Were both short game shots from about 20 and 60 yards. Neither went in the hole but were easy tap ins.

Cool man...

That 4 iron sounded like a good shot for sure.....until it was too good...for it's....own....good.....

hehe.
