What is the difference between the photo in 10-13-C #3 and 10-13-D #3?

The photos should be the same on the Follow-Through assuming the Waist Bend is just right.....It's in the Backstoke is how they differ in 10-13-C/1&2 and 10-13-D/1&2:confused1
