Problems

Hi Guys,

I am now experiencing severe problems accessing this wonderful site and getting any links to open within anything approaching a reasonable time frame.

Opening links is a "four hour round"; links with pictures is a five hour round and I have yet to access the "Masters" swing video, which I have spent hours trying to get into.

Is the site simply overloaded or do I have some other issues :?:

Your advices please.

Site Problems

It is always very fast for me, almost immediate. Do you use cable or dial up?

I haven't seen any issues either...not sure what's causing your problems.

Likely your access points. If you are familiar with it, a good way to find out where the slow down may be is to use the command

TRACERT <address you want to get to>

so from start menu, run input:

CMD

then

TRACERT www.lynnblakegolf.com

or alternately, you can use the IP address directly, which may show you if you are having a problem resolving the name to the actual address (DNS issue)

It will show you a series of listings and how much time it takes for your request to get through them (hops). Likely your first few may be the slow ones, as the site is running quite quickly.

email me for any additional help if you need it (ezil71@hotmail.com)

Thanks for the replies.

Only over the last two or three days have I had these problems - previously things worked very quickly. No problems experienced with any other access points.

Hopefully, matters will resolve themselves before any action is needed on my part - first rule of management :?

I am on Cable and will do a tracert, as Ed suggests, if things dont improve soon.
