Mixing arm and shoulder motion

VJ,
You have stated several time the importance of not mixing arm swinging and shoulder swinging when putting. What would be the result if you did mix the two movements? Could they contribute to the yips?

Mixing brings on #4 and #1, so the power will definitely we
greater. That can cause problems. Too much power on the greens
is almost always more problematic than not enough.

Secondly, they are two seperate, distinct motions. One using the right arm feel and the second the using shoulder only motion with the hands sensing.

I'm a right forearm convert for putting for sure...

4 LIFE!

I just seem to have much better touch this way.

(thanks VJ...would never have tried it if it weren't for your posting)

Birdie,
Would you mind explaining what you are doing in a little more detail?
