Mike Weir's waggle and right foot

I like having visual images of great swings that help me remember what I'm doing (BTW thanks for Yoda's swing videos =D> ). I keep watching Weir's waggle and think, "Look, Look, LOOK". See the hands, the forearm position. Back, up and in. Doesn't it look like the TGM waggle from the book? I'm thinking of incorporating that into my routine (especially I have the nasty habit of whipping the club inside on the backswing)

The other visual I'm thinking of incorporating is keeping my right foot and my head back until my hands are well past them. Good idea or bad?

Hi rchang :)

I was thinking the same thing about Weir over the weekend. They did the shotlink super slomo on this impact and swing on the par 3 (can't remember which hole but I think it was a 3 iron). His takeaway looked to me like total TGM. His downswing was amazing, he barely moved his lower body until impact, which says to me pivot controled by the hands.

Great swing but then again I'm bias'd, I'm Canadian ;)
