going from one hinge to another
 
yoda,
i feel that i can keep my left wrist flat, firm, and turning when i go from an angled hinge to a more horizontal one. am i on the right track?

The left wrist must be flat in order for it to control the clubface - if it's bent, clubface alignment is erratic and uncontrollable. When you move from an Angled Hinge to a Horizontal Hinge, you are simply adding some "roll" from Impact to Low Point.

Your "no roll" feel of Angled Hinging becomes a "full roll" for Horizontal Hinging. And always with a flat left wrist!
