address position vs hands

need some clarification.

why should swingers have a bent left and flat right at address? I seem to see many really good ball strikers do this, whats it for? and where do you go from there?

thanks!

It is easier to keep the backswing on-plane starting with mid-hands position ( bent left wrist with flat right wrist)

I'm going to do an entire video on this shortly, powerdraw. For now, let me say this:

The Backstroke is a 'backward' Downstroke.

Flat Right Wrist (and bent Left) going back. Flat Left Wrist (and Bent Right) going through.

The Hands (and Body) lead in both directions.

The Clubhead Lags.

Paint the fence.

:)
