top of swing: standard vs single wrist action

If I'm a swinger:
Whether I use standard wrist action on the backswing or single wrist action, do the hands get to the same position at the top of the backswing (or are they different at the top)?

Good question! They get there differently, but are the same once they get there, or very close. Many Swingers actually go all the way to what's called THE END. Look at 10-21 and 10-23.

The big difference would be with Double Wrist Action. Many Swingers us this, but you better be able to allow the "reverse rotation" coming down... to move the left wrist to a good Flat Impact Condition.
