Thoughts for getting better
I would like to know what is the thought process needed to learn, and not just playing when you think you're learning.
I have read Bob Rotellas books, and in one of them he talks about a practice mentality versus a playing one. But he doesn't say how you switch between the two, or how you know which state you are in. |
