Just wondering whether you could tell us about the recent TGM Teaching Summit. Who spoke etc, discussions disagreements overal success of the Summit.

If it is all to remain locked behind closed doors to AI's then so be it but i for one would love have a little snippet of what happened.:)

Since 2005, I am no longer a member of the TGM, LLC, Authorized Instructor network. Nor do I intend to be in the foreseeable future. Hence, I did not attend their Summit.

And neither did any of our sixteen Professional Contributors who are AIs (with one possible international exception). As is the case across the network, this was no boycott...It is only a matter of persoal choice.

I'll check on the one I don't know about, and if he did attend, I'll ask him to write something up.

Meanwhile, if another reader does have a first-hand knowledge of the meeting, we welcome his post. Otherwise, on this subject, that will have to do. Any other reference and link will be deleted.

For the record, my allegiance is to my personal teacher, mentor and friend...

I talked to some people that were there. They indicated that the event was pretty positive.

I think much of the discussion was dealing with the 7th Edition changes. I think the tripod concept, also was among some of the other things discussed.

I did not attend, but did attend the P.G.A. Teaching and Coaching Summit. Several of the TGMers attended both, and I spoke to a few of them, including Mr. Doyle.

Several of the presenters (at the P.G.A. event) this year did mention TGM in a positive way, including Jim McLean, Chuck Cook, and Martin Hall. Mr. Doyle was mentioned two or three times as being influential in several of the presenters teaching backgrounds. Martin Hall highly recommended TGM to the attendees.
