30-Day Return Guarantee
Feel Confident In Your Purchase With Our 30-Day Return Guarantee! It's simple. Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. In an effort to provide the highest level of comfort when making a purchase, we are proud to offer our 30-day guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with the performance of your Lynn Blake Golf, LLC (“LBG”) product, simply call customer service, request a return authorization (RA) number, and return it to us within 30 days from the date of shipment. Warranties If a problem occurs with the product under normal wear & usage, the item will be handled as a warranty issue, not as defective or under Return Guarantee. Return shipping charges for warranty items are the customer's responsibility. All products carry a full manufacturer’s warranty. Should you have a problem within the manufacturer’s warranty period LBG will do everything possible to assist you in taking care of your particular situation. If needed, call LBG to inquire on the manufacturer's warranty time period. Returns Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returns will be inspected prior to replacement. When returning a product, all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information, and printed materials must be in their original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a full refund. If you should need to return an item, contact LBG by phone or E-mail and request a RA (Returned Authorization) number. Returned items MUST have the RA number written BOLDLY on the box of the returned item. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All items returned must be in new and unused condition. CUSTOM ORDERS, CLOSE OUT ITEMS and PERSONALIZED ITEMS are not returnable. SPECIAL ORDER items that are not regular in stock items are also not returnable. Manufacturer Warranties still apply to custom and special ordered items. Please Note: All sales are subject to availability of product from the respective manufacturer and/or vendor. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements. Closeouts, custom orders or Close Out items are not returnable either domestically or internationally. Special Orders When something is purchased as a "Special Order", it can mean one of several things: 1. It could mean that it is not a normally stocked item and it will be ordered on your behalf. 2. It could mean that it is a normally stocked item but LBG is temporarily out of stock or the item is backordered from the manufacturer. 3. It could mean that it is a new item that LBG anticipates arriving in the warehouse soon. If you order an item that is listed "Special Order" please allow two to four weeks for delivery. Should you need something special that you cannot find in the LBG on-line catalog simply E-mail us at customerservice@lynnblakegolf.com with your request. We will get back with you promptly. About Our Prices LBG is committed to being a trusted retailer of golf products over the Internet. As such, we want you to understand our prices, and the prices that the manufacturers suggest we post for informational purposes. "SRPs" are suggested retail prices provided to LBG by suppliers (such as Callaway or Nike). SRPs represent what the manufactures suggest we charge. They are for reference only. The SRPs may or may not be the price at which the product is commonly sold, or even sold at all, and products may be sold below suggested retail price. Whether other retailers sell at suggested retail price will vary by product, geographic location, type of store, and over time. Suggested retail prices can, however, be used by you as a benchmark by which to compare our discounts from SRP to the discounts from SRP of other companies that sell similar products and likewise post their prices or discounts in relation to the suggested retail price. LBG periodically updates the suggested retail prices posted on its website. As manufacturers provide the latest suggested retail price information to LBG, we update our website. At times, however, a manufacturer may change a suggested retail price without notice to LBG. Thus, the manufacturer of a particular product should be contacted if you want to ensure that you obtain the most up-to-date SRP information available.
