Holy Mary, Mother of God - I got a tee trime. I'm going to play golf tomorrow !

Okay, check this out. Day Light savings is three weeks early. Factor in March rates with a twilight time that can now be easily finished and you got some bargain rates. I'm playing the Marriott's Seaview Resort Donald Ross Links Bay Course for 29 bucks and cart. Its $129 on weekends in season. I covered the Shop Rite LPGA event for ten years - too bad it's gone.
I Watched Annika and Inkster battle it out on this course many times. Watched Davies boom monster drives, and hang out with the fans during slow play. Saw Se Ri Pak dominate the field one year, watched Kim, Kim, Kim and Kim play. Spent a day with a 13 yr old Michelle Wie and her family. Watch turtles crawl across tee boxes as hawks eyed the eggs they laid in the bunkers. Hogan and Snead played here. A great course - BUG free in March.

29 bucks twilight this month. They aerate on the 26th of March-- but not tomorrow ! LOL Good bye snow and cold.

I'd take my shirt off by the 3rd hole.

More than I need to know, dude. :eyes:

Bay Course at the Seaview outside Atlantic City- what can I say. Great views, windy and chilly. Hit some nice shots with a new set of sticks- can't seem to make up my mind (or hands) if I want to Swing or Hit - sort of like Faye in Chinatown, "Sister-Daughter, Sister-Daughter."

Got to love Donald Ross and his greens. Postage size compared to the parking lot sized greens some course have.

I think Ross was inspired to set up greens to look like a dog sleeping under a throw rug.

Gotta love 'em.

Glad you enjoyed the round. I'm still a few weeks away from playing and I surely don't have a Donald Ross course awaiting me!
