CF or extensor action?

Is the TT downswing initiated by CF(relaxion of the Biceps) or Extensor action(contraction of the Triceps)or both?

Uncocking action of the right elbow from the top through the right forearm per 7-3. The pivot follows the action of the right forearm. Period. End of Story. CF uncocks the left wrist and right elbow at release. See 7-1.

How could CF initiate the downswing? :eyes:

As Tommy said ya got to WHIP IT (Right Forearm) before you can ZIP IT (Hips). WHIP IT AND ZIP IT. Review the "Tomasello Letter #2 Video". See 7-13 for keeping the right shoulder back and down. Key pivot concept. Then watch and study the "Tomasello Letter #3 Video".
