Full sweep release

Quoting EdZ from another post. I didn't want to highjack that thread.

This totally throws me off what I understand to be happening in a "swing"

Isn't this throwaway?

thanks

Full Sweep Release- 10-24-A

No, the hands still lead the clubhead and the flying wedges remain intact

The release starts early with a slow even application of the accumulators reaching maximum acceleration through impact. This is the essence of the Hit Stroke except Homer offers 10-24-B as the one to use. Similar, it allows more control of a non-automatic release.
