Hitters-Pressure point #1

After a few months of reading the posts and studying the book, I think that I'm starting to figure some things out. I had to try hitting today. Monitored pressure points 1/3 to the top and let let the swing go from there. I'm not sure if I'm swinging, hitting or both, but it's the best ball striking that I've had in years. Hit bullets with all my clubs.

Do you try to keep pressure point #1 throughout the backswing and through impact? At what point should you stop feeling the #1 pressure point?

The changes in direction and the amount thrust increases the pressure. Hitting pressure feels heavy. I don't think your way of explanation will differs hitting or swinging.

The correct grip is very important in PP. Maintaining RHYTHM and LAG is how pressure points are maintained. By maintaining Rhythm, you will not overaccelerate, the only reason to lose LAG and steady pressure.

Why the impact is better? PP also connects the swing. the pressure acts on the shaft . Now if we try with a little more extensor action the compression again increases.
