I have one for about 3 years.

It can really give you insight to your putting stroke.

It does amplify errors. For example off center hits, you get immediate feed back as well as the head turning of the longer putts.

Much like some of the other training aids (whippy irons/woods, even the medicus, etc.) it will let you know when you get wristy or come off the plane line.

Long putts or medium putts on slow greens are a real challenge. Trying to get the stroke solid, keeping the shaft straight, well it is a challenge.

Is it good for you? Don't know. I have heard they have sold a lot of these to the pros. Unlike their irons/woods which are limited to a swinging motion, this works either way.

Also it lets you sense PP#3.

The Putting Track, though I don't have one, I have used and it seems to be a solid aid as well.

As with any aid, it takes time and correct practice to see benefits.
