Cannibalism was common practice in Fiji until "recently". Go ahead
Vijay is amazing. Not on the spot regarding Vijays workout but I found this article in GD a good read. Enjoy until someone comes up with a better answer.

Guess I need to balance that with something nice about Fiji:
I've been to Fiji twice and would go again any day. Awesome place and wonderful people. Leave the cities and find island villagers so friendly you may doubt they are sincere. I was there when the military coups of 1987 occured. Our car was flagged down by armed militia several times. Scary at first, but every single event ended in laughter ond photo sessions. Fijians+swede, filians+rifles+swede, swede+rifle. Etc etc.
Lonely Planet (publisher of the "[insert country] on a shoestring" series) asked a bunch of heavy mileage globetrotters which place they liked best. By margin the most common reply was "Fiji".
