Please be a little more descriptive. What does it not do? Have you used one? What does it feel like? What were you looking for that it didn't do? What does it do that you like?

Hello all,
Training aids are very similiar to variations, some work for some people, some don't. Some work without even doing what they say they will, some work for things they are not intended to, some make some golfers make a better motion, some lead some golfers to practice more, that is usually a good thing. Some can be found at Home Depot, some students like to pay three easy payments of 29.99, makes them feel like they have to use it.
If a training aid helps you with your swing motion ,go for it!!! Make sure it aids in your adhering to the three imperatives!!!

Waste of Money for Me
I posted this at other area too. I have a whole bunch of training aids (and some old ones from EBay too). Some I have tried include Medicus (5 iron, and driver), impact bag, tac tic, swingsetter, and the swing rite. I also have various weighted clubs too just for fun.
What worked...impact bag, tac tic and swing rite.
For me the Swingsetter made me set my wrists too early and with too much force (to get the ball to click) but it did identify where you had the most speed on the downswing. You try to click it in the impact zone.
For my money, get a swing rite to build up speed and the tac tic and impact bag to work on FLW and you will be much better off.
Take if from me (a guy who can slice a Medicus driver and 5 iron all day) that those will work. Nothing can beat a good set of educated hands.

The 'original' swing rite is an outstanding aid IMO. They should bring this back at a better price point

EdZ You are so right
You are right on about that. $120.00 for one is very high. I made some bucks back by betting the guys on the range the number on which they can make it click. Took me quite a while to get down to a 3, Most can't click it at a 7 or 8. Fun training aid.

I've not used this version of the same concept, but the 'original' version was a wood head (and later plastic) that you could reset with a flick of the wrist, rather than manually having to reset the ring by hand with each swing.
