You cannot 'slow down' the Roll of Horizontal Hinge Action. The Left Wrist either remains vertical (to the horizontal plane) through Impact or it does not. If it does not, you have altered its Rhythm, and you no longer have Horizontal Hinge Action.

Just slow down everything while having your Left Wrist vertical to the Horizontal Plane...obviously?!

I believe Annikan is talking about 'delaying' the Roll (during the Hinge Action itself). If so, then this is a Rhythm (6-B-3-0) issue, not Pace (6-P-0), and I responded on that basis.
