12-5 for building and maintaining

I agree 12-5 is wonderful. John's reply was right on. He is a great student. There are a lot of guys out on tour who use 12-5 in there warm up routine. But John is one of the very few who knows what it is really all about. I have worked with players of all levels, from beginner to tour player and try to convey to all of them how important it is. I let them know that the Three Stages of 12-5 should be used for the rest of there golfing life. They serve two purposes 1) to build alignments and 2) to maintain alignments.
